Erkodent offers for each purpose the optimal material. We provide detailed instructions with the foils and plates for the use in the different units. All Erkodent thermoforming materials are tested on their biocompatibility and are physiologically harmless in their intended use. They are CE marked based on the EU regulation 2017/745 concerning medical products, the directive 93/42/EEC concerning medical products and the EU regulation 2016/425 concerning personal protective equipment (Playsafe sports mouthguard).
Stable, hard thermoforming foil, polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA), for the fabrication of interim prosthesis, compression plates, dressing plates, orthodontic and extension plates and retention plates.

Erkodur-al is a foil material optimized for the production of aligners. Compared to the proven Erkodur, the material is approximately 35% softer with a correspondingly lower initial force and feeling of tension during insertion. Due to the very flat memory loss curve, the effective force of Erkodur-al lasts comparatively longer.

The Erkopress 240 enables the efficient production of correction splints/aligners or other series or larger numbers of splints. Pressure forming unit for up to 6 models with base and for up to 9 models without base.
Thin foil, well thermoformable, Polyethylene (PE). Does not bond to Erkodent thermoforming materials. Recommendation: Universal UZF is especially suitable for Erkoflex.
Thermoforming foil for the Usig system. The ingenious simple system leads in telescopic works to a sliding area with precise real friction, firm fit and still allows an insertion and taking without seizingand a hydraulical feeling.
